Kerstin has worked as a speech pathologist in Germany and moved to Sydney 2004. In Australia she comes from a background of retail with a passion to deliver great customer service to all patients.  She is dedicated to assisting patients with their enquiries and prepared to resolve any issue, whilst ensuring the best outcome. 

Kerstin won the GP Synergy Practice Manager of Year Award in 2022.

In her free time she enjoys walks on the beach, reading and discovering new places.
