Dear patients,
As the transmission of COVID-19 is widespread in our community, the practice is still committed to providing you and your family the best possible medical care. In accordance with guidelines from NSW Health and the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners we have implemented adjustments to practice operations for the safety of all. Where possible, all appointments will be done through telehealth with your doctor, whom will advice if you need to attend in-person. Thank you for your understanding during this difficult time, as we continue our mission to deliver quality medical care.
Please remember that your safety is our first priority, therefore we ask that you follow the instructions below:
- Do not enter the practice if you have a fever, cough or other flu-like symptoms OR if you have been a casual or direct contact of a confirmed COVID-19 case. Please ring the surgery on 9817 2522 for advice.
- Please wear a mask if you are advised by one of our doctors to attend in-person.
- On arrival at the practice, our helpful staff will take your temperature and offer you hand sanitiser. You will also be asked to check-in using the NSW COVID Safe App QR code. When required, you will be asked to wait in your car to ensure social distancing.
Please be aware that Gladesville Medical does not provide COVID19 testing or vaccination.
