Dr Dorothy Ting
Dr. Dorothy Ting has special interests in obstetrics and gynaecology, preventative care, chronic diseases and skin cancers.
Dr. Dorothy Ting completed her undergraduate studies in medicine and surgery at the University of New South Wales in 2011. Following this, she trained as an intern and resident at Westmead, Orange and Coffs Harbour hospitals. Dorothy then did further training in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, especially high risk pregnancies, in Western Sydney, Western NSW and Hunter New England hospitals. Despite her hospital training, Dr. Ting decided to dedicate her career to General Practice to allow her to provide more holistic care to patients. She still undertakes locuming in women’s health which allows her to keep up with the current principles of best care in this area. She has other specific interests including preventative care, chronic diseases and skin cancers.
Outside of work, she enjoys cooking various cuisines and craftwork. She also plays flute and piano, albeit quite terribly.
Dr Dorothy Ting consults on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm and one Saturday per month from 8:30 am – 1:00 pm.
